穴位贴敷治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床进展
Clinical Progress of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病心绞痛作为一种常见的心脑血管疾病，其发病率与致死率均相对较高，严重威胁着人们的生命安全。相关研究结果显示，在常规西医治疗基础上增加穴位贴敷治疗，效果十分显著。穴位敷贴作为一种外治方法，遵循中医基础理论，以药物–腧穴的双重作用发挥疗效，其最大的优势在于简单可行、疗效持续、无药物首过效应及不良反应，现已成为国家卫生健康委员会推广的中医外治技术。本文分析了近年来穴位贴敷对冠心病稳定型心绞痛治疗作用的研究进展，为今后的临床应用及实验研究提供理论依据。
Coronary heart disease angina pectoris is a common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Its morbidity and mortality are relatively high, seriously threatening people’s life safety. Relevant re-search results show that adding traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of convention-al western medicine treatment, the effect is very significant. As a non-drug external treatment method, acupoint application follows the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and uses the dual role of drugs and acupoints to play its curative effect. Its biggest advantages are simple and feasible, continuous curative effect, no drug first pass effect and adverse reactions, and it has be-come a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology promoted by the National Health Commission. In this paper, the research progress of acupoint application in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in recent years is reviewed, which provides theo-retical basis for clinical application and experimental research in the future.
