An Analysis of the English Translation of the White Paper Youth of China in the New Era: The “Three-Dimensional Transformation” Perspective of Ecological Translatology

本文以生态翻译学理论为基础，从语言维、文化维、交际维视角对《新时代的中国青年》白皮书的英译文本进行分析。探讨译者如何通过三维进行适应性选择转换，坚持恰当的文化立场，采取合适的翻译策略，从而确保译文文本质量，实现该白皮书文本信息的真实传递及中国精神、中国智慧的有效表达、接受与传播。
Based on the ecological translatology, this paper analyzes the English translation text of the white paper Youth of China in the New Era from the perspectives of linguistic, cultural and communicative dimensions, and discusses how the translator make adaptive selection and transformation through three-dimensional, adhere to the appropriate cultural standpoint and adopt the appropriate trans-lation strategy, so as to ensure the quality of the target text, realizing the true information trans-mission of the white paper and the effective expression, acceptance and dissemination of the Chi-nese spirit, Chinese wisdom.
