蝉花虫草酒延寿及抗氧化作用的研究

Abstract:

通过果蝇寿命实验及果蝇体内SOD活性、MDA含量的测定,研究蝉花虫草酒的延寿及抗氧化作用。结果显示,白酒对果蝇寿命及抗氧化有负面作用,而蝉花的加入能抵消白酒的负面影响,并能一定程度上提高雌雄果蝇的平均寿命,半数死亡时间及最高寿命,提高果蝇体内的SOD活性,降低其MDA含量。综合所有实验结果,发现1.0%剂量的蝉花虫草酒延寿及抗氧化效果最为显著(p < 0.05)。
Study the life prolonging and antioxidant effects of Cordyceps chanhua wine through the lifespan experiments of Drosophila melanogaster and the determination of SOD activity and MDA content in the Drosophila melanogaster. The results showed that the liquor had a negative effect on the life span and antioxidant capacity of Drosophila melanogaster, while the addition of Cordyceps chanhua could offset the negative impact of liquor, and to a certain extent, it could improve the average life span, half death time and the maximum life span of male or female drosophila melanogaster, increase the SOD activity in drosophila melanogaster, and reduce its MDA content. Based on all ex-perimental results, it was found that the 1.0% dose of Cordyceps chanhua wine had the most significant life prolonging and antioxidant effects (p < 0.05).
