Abstract:

思想政治教育正面临来自内外环境的多重挑战,这些问题迫切需要解决。积极心理学,作为一门专注于挖掘人类内在积极力量的学科,主要研究人的积极情绪体验和个性特质,其核心理念与思想政治教育的目标在某种程度上是相吻合的。将积极心理学的理论和实践融入高校思想政治教育环境的建设,不仅能增强教育的有效性,还能提高其整体质量。这种融合为思想政治教育带来了新的视角和方法,有助于更好地应对现代教育环境中的挑战,促进学生全面发展。
Ideological and political education is facing multiple challenges from both internal and external en-vironments, which need to be addressed urgently. Positive psychology, as a discipline focusing on tapping the inner positive power of human beings, mainly researches the positive emotional expe-riences and personality traits of human beings, and its core concepts coincide with the goals of ide-ological and political education to some extent. Integrating the theory and practice of positive psy-chology into the construction of the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities not only enhances the effectiveness of education, but also improves its overall quality. This integration brings new perspectives and methods to ideological and political education, which helps to better meet the challenges in the modern educational environment and promote the over-all development of students.
