高频超声在周围神经病变的临床研究及进展

Abstract:

周围神经病变通常表现为肌肉无力或萎缩,疼痛,感觉丧失,腱反射功能减弱等一系列体征,包括卡压性周围神经病变,代谢性周围神经病变,肿瘤性周围神经病变,创伤性周围神经病变。当今的高分辨率超声(US)技术可以很好地显示周围神经,在识别神经疾病和臂丛病变方面具有高精度,本文针对高频超声对周围神经病变诊断的临床研究进行综述。
Peripheral neuropathy usually manifests as a series of signs such as muscle weakness or atrophy, pain, loss of sensation, and decreased tendon reflex function, including entrapment peripheral neuropathy, metabolic peripheral neuropathy, neoplastic peripheral neuropathy, and traumatic peripheral neuropathy. Today’s high-resolution ultrasound (US) technology can well visualize pe-ripheral nerves and has high precision in identifying nerve diseases and brachial plexus lesions. This article reviews the clinical research on the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy by high-fre- quency ultrasound.
