推拿治疗菱形肌损伤研究进展

Abstract:
菱形肌损伤在现代社会较为常见，而推拿治疗软组织损伤类疾病具有见效快、不良反应及副作用小、易于接受等优势，本文检索2002年1月~2023年11月以来中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普网(VIP)等数据库中推拿治疗菱形肌损伤相关文献，分别从单用推拿手法、推拿结合罐法、推拿结合针灸、推拿结合其他疗法等方面进行探讨，整理相关疗法对治疗菱形肌损伤的综述总结，并提出问题与未来研究方向，为推动推拿在治疗菱形肌损伤中的临床应用提供新的思路和参考。
The injury of the rhomboid muscle is relatively common in modern society. Tuina therapy has the advantages of quick effect, small adverse reactions and side effects, and easy acceptance for treating soft tissue injuries. This article searches for relevant literature on the treatment of rhomboid mus-cle injury with tuina from Chinese databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang Data), China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), from January 2002 to November 2023, and discusses relevant therapies from single tuina technique, tuina combined with cupping, tuina combined with acupuncture, and tuina combined with other therapies. This article reviews and summarizes relevant therapies for the treatment of rhomboid muscle injury, proposes questions and future research directions, and provides new ideas and references for promoting the clinical application of tuina in the treatment of rhomboid muscle injury.
