高职师范院校心理健康教育问题研究——以湘中幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

Abstract:
近年来大学生心理健康问题愈演愈烈,涉及问题范围也逐年递增,因此深化改革大学生心理健康教育的内容和路径已迫在眉睫。本研究以湘中幼儿师范高等专科学校1103名学生(男117名,女986名),4名心理健康教育,6名辅导员为研究对象,对高职师范院校大学生心理健康教育现状进行了调研,明确了存在的问题,提出了相应对策与建议。
In recent years, the psychological problems of college students show an increasingly complex situa-tion, and the problems are increasing year by year, which has aroused the general attention and concern of society and colleges and universities. Strengthening the mental health education of col-lege students has become an important content in college education and management. In this paper, 1103 students (117 male, 986 female), 4 mental health educators and 6 counselors in Preschool Normal College of Central Hunan were selected as the research objects, and the current situation of mental health education of college students in higher vocational normal colleges was sorted out, the existing problems were identified, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
