PCNL围术期乳酸水平与预后关系的研究进展

Abstract:
经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)在临床手术中的应用日渐广泛,然而由于手术的刺激,碎石产生的细菌等因素的干扰,对患者的预后产生不良影响。血气分析检测较为方便、经济安全,特别是血乳酸,常用于术中监测和治疗管理。本篇文献对近年来关于PCNL及其相关并发症的特点、器官供血、乳酸代谢和手术期间血液中乳酸浓度的关联,以及手术期间高乳酸血症的预防治疗等方面的最新研究成果进行了总结,探究了手术期间血液中的乳酸浓度与预后的联系,帮助指导临床决策,改善患者的预后。
The application of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in clinical surgery is becoming increas-ingly widespread. However, due to the stimulation of surgery and the interference of bacteria gen-erated by lithotripsy, it has a negative impact on the prognosis of patients. Blood gas analysis and detection are relatively convenient, economical, and safe, especially blood lactate, which is com-monly used for intraoperative monitoring and treatment management. This literature summarizes the latest research findings on the characteristics of PCNL and its related complications, organ blood supply, lactate metabolism, and the correlation between lactate concentration in the blood during surgery, as well as the prevention and treatment of hyperlactatemia during surgery. It explores the relationship between lactate concentration in the blood during surgery and prognosis, helping to guide clinical decision-making and improve patient prognosis.
