目的论视角下孔子学院院刊的英译研究
A Study on English Translation of Confucius Institute Journal from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

在国家传播文化、推广汉语的战略背景下，孔子学院总部和国家汉办联合出版的孔子学院院刊，旨在向海外汉语学习者介绍中国文化、帮助他们学习汉语。本文以汉斯？弗米尔的目的论为理论指导，通过分析孔子学院院刊的文本特点，对文本进行译例分析，剖析加注与移译、增译和省译、直译和意译等翻译方法在该刊物中的运用，并总结翻译启示。此研究可为对外汉语相关书籍翻译实践提供经验、为双语刊物翻译研究提供新思路，促进中国文化走出去。
In the context of the national strategy of spreading culture and promoting Chinese language, the Confucius Institute Journal jointly published by Confucius Institute Headquarters and Office of the National Leading Group for the International Promotion of Chinese Language aims to introduce Chi-nese culture to overseas learners and help them learn Chinese. Guided by Hans Vermeer’s Skopos Theory, this paper analyzes characteristics of the journal, conducts translation example analysis, and analyzes the translation methods used in the text, such as annotation and transference, ampli-fication and omission, literal translation and free translation, then summarizes inspirations for translation. This study can provide experience for the translation of texts related to Chinese lan-guage for foreigners, provide new ideas for the translation of bilingual publications, and thus fur-ther promote Chinese culture to go global.
