试论马克思人的全面发展理论及其对新时代大学生思想政治教育的重要性
On Marx’s Theory of Comprehensive Human Development and Its Importance for Ideological and Political Education of College Students in the New Era

马克思人的自由全面发展理论是马克思主义理论的核心内容，对人和社会的发展具有非常重要的指导作用。我国在发展的道路上必然会遇到很多新问题和新矛盾，其中人扮演着关键角色，因此促进人的自由全面发展尤为重要，它也是衡量社会发展的重要标准。本文从马克思关于人的自由全面发展的基本意涵入手，以新时代大学生为主体，探讨了人的全面发展理论对大学生的重要性，最后根据人的全面发展理论与思想政治教育的一致性提出了实现新时代大学生思想政治教育全面发展的对策。这有助于新时代大学生更加深刻地认识到自身的主体地位和认识到的人的全面发展的本质规律，以此阐明马克思人的全面发展理论对新时代大学生思想政治教育的重要意义。
The theory of free and comprehensive development of Marxist people is the core content of Marxist theory, which has a very important guiding role for the development of people and society. On the road of development, China will inevitably encounter many new problems and new contradictions, among which people play a key role. Therefore, it is particularly important to promote the free and comprehensive development of people, and it is also an important standard to measure social de-velopment. Based on the Marx’s basic meaning of the free and comprehensive development of peo-ple, taking the new era college students as the main body, this paper discusses the importance of the theory of human development to college students, and finally puts forward the new time ac-cording to the consistency of the human development theory and the ideological and political education countermeasures for the comprehensive development of the generation of college students. This helps college students in the new era to realize their own subject status and realize the essen-tial law of human comprehensive development, so as to clarify the significance of Marx’s compre-hensive development theory to the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.
