Abstract:

在新时代职业教育发展背景下,提高“双师型”教师的实践能力是发展中等职业教育的有效途径之一。本研究通过对我国“双师型”教师实践能力政策文本的梳理,发现中职学校存在着看重证书不注重实际操作能力、“双师型”教师实践能力达不到产业发展要求、对“双师型”教师考核评价机制不到位、教师自主发展能力较弱等问题,基于此,通过加强顶层设计、强化政策落实,加强校企合作,对学校的教师培训考核制度进行完善以及强化教师自身的发展意识,各部门通力合作,相互配合,提升“双师型”教师的实践能力,从而提升整个中职学校的教育教学水平。
Under the background of the development of vocational education in the new era, improving the practical ability of “double-qualified” teachers is one of the effective ways to develop secondary vo-cational education. By combing through the text of the policy on the practical ability of “double-qualified” teachers in China, this study finds that secondary vocational schools have some prob-lems, such as valuing certificates rather than paying attention to practical ability, failing to meet the requirements of industrial development in practical ability of “double-qualified” teachers, inade-quate assessment and evaluation mechanism for “double-qualified” teachers, and weak self-development ability of teachers. Based on this, through strengthening the top-level design, strengthening the implementation of policies, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improving the school’s teacher training and assessment system and strengthening the development consciousness of teachers themselves, all departments work together and cooperate with each other to improve the practical ability of “double-qualified” teachers, so as to improve the education and teaching level of the entire secondary vocational school.
