清代呼伦贝尔地区两次移民的比较研究
Comparative Study of Twice Migrations in Hulun Buir Region in Qing Dynasty

清代呼伦贝尔的地域范围与现今呼伦贝尔盟的地域范围不同，它仅仅包括大兴安岭以西的地区。雍正年间和光绪末年，清廷两次移民呼伦贝尔，具有极大的意义。本文主要通过论述两次移民的背景和经过，并从移民性质、产生效果等方面对两次移民进行比较，以此突显边民在边疆治理中的作用，以期为维护当代中国边疆安全和发展建设提供历史经验。
The geographical scope of Hulun Buir in the Qing Dynasty was different from that of the current Hulun Buir League, which only included the area west of the Greater Khingan Range. During the reign of Emperor Yongzheng and the late reign of Emperor Guangxu, Hulun Buir emigrated twice in Qing Dynasty, which was of great significance. This article mainly discusses the background and process of the two migrations, and compares them from the perspectives of the nature of the immigrants and the effects they have had, in order to highlight the role of border residents in border areas, with a view to providing historical lessons for safeguarding the security and development of contemporary Chinese border areas.
