社会支持对大学生心理健康急救的影响:污名的中介作用

Abstract:
目的:为探究社会支持、大学生心理健康急救及污名之间的关系。方法:基于社会支持量表、情绪反应量表、心理急救意愿量表对368名大学生进行调查。理论:社会认知理论。结果:社会支持对大学生的心理健康急救具有显著的正向预测作用;大学生的污名情绪在领悟社会支持与心理健康急救中起中介作用。结论:社会支持与大学生心理健康急救呈显著正相关;污名与社会支持及大学生心理健康急救均呈负相关;污名在社会支持与心理健康急救间起部分中介作用。
Aim: To explore the relationship between social support, college students’ mental health first aid and stigma. Methods: 368 college students were investigated based on social support scale, emo-tional response scale and psychological first aid willingness scale. Theory: Social cognitive theory. Results: Social support has a significantly positive predictive effect on college students’ mental health first aid; the stigma of college students plays an intermediary role in understanding social support and mental health first aid. Conclusion: There is a significantly positive correlation between social support and mental health first aid of college students. Stigma was negatively correlated with social support and college students’ mental health first aid. Stigma plays a partial mediating role between social support and mental health first aid.
