自我客体化的原因、结果及干预
|
Abstract:
自我客体化源于性客体化，女性在反复的性客体化中会渐渐内化外界的客体化标准，以“第三者”的视角来看待自己的身体自我并习惯性地对自己进行身体监控。自我客体化的影响因素有性别、媒体、外表焦虑、择偶动机和性客体化经历。自我客体化的后果包括会导致进食障碍、抑郁和物质滥用等心理健康问题以及社交焦虑等人际交往问题。根据自我客体化产生的原因，降低自我客体化的干预措施可以借鉴非人化和身体监视的研究成果，可以通过提升对目标对象的感知、增加互动以及自我怜悯干预来间接降低自我客体化。未来研究可以尝试结合非人化进一步探讨“客体化循环”的机制并加强干预研究，以进一步拓展客体化理论。
Self-objectification came from sexual objectification. In repeated sexual objectification, women gradually internalize external objective standard and habitually monitor on their body in view of the “third party”. The influence factors of self-objectification have gender, media, anxiety in ap-pearance, mating motivation and sexual objectification experience. Self-objectification conse-quences include mental health problems and interpersonal problems, such as eating disorders, depression, substance abuse and social anxiety. According to the reasons of the self-objectification, the interventions of reducing self-objectification can draw lessons from the research achievements of dehumanization and monitoring body. In order to reduce self-objectification, we can improve the perception of the target object, increase interaction and increase self-pity. Future research can try combining dehumanization, further explore the mechanism of “objectification cycle” and strengthen the intervention research, to further expand the objectification theory.
