Abstract:

学习型组织理论是当今组织管理领域中的一个重要理论框架,它强调组织内部的学习和创新能力,以适应不断变化的环境和市场需求。幼儿园作为一个特殊的组织类型,其管理机制对于提高教育质量和培养幼儿的全面发展至关重要。然而,目前对于幼儿园管理机制的研究相对较少,尤其是从学习型组织理论的视角进行探析。籍此,本研究以学习型组织理论为视角,发现目前幼儿园管理机制缺乏反思和改进机制、组织文化不支持学习和创新、组织结构不完善等问题,并分析了影响幼儿园管理机制的核心变量,提出了将学习型组织理论应用于幼儿园管理实践的策略和方法,包括完善制度,规范管理;建立积极学习的文化氛围;树立“以人为本”的现代管理思想等,以提升幼儿园管理的质量和效果。
Learning organization theory is an important theoretical framework in the field of organizational management, which emphasizes the learning and innovation ability within the organization to adapt to the changing environment and market demand. As a special type of organization, kindergarten’s management mechanism is very important for improving the quality of education and cultivating children’s all-round development. However, at present, there is relatively little research on kindergarten management mechanism, especially from the perspective of learning organization theory. Therefore, from the perspective of learning organization theory, this study finds that the current kindergarten management mechanism lacks reflection and improvement mechanism, organizational culture does not support learning and innovation, and the organizational structure is imperfect, and analyzes the core variables that affect the kindergarten management mechanism, and puts forward strategies and methods for applying learning organization theory to kindergarten management practice, including perfecting the system and standardizing management; Establish a cultural atmosphere of active learning; Establish the modern management idea of “people-oriented” to improve the quality and effect of kindergarten management.
