数字经济发展对能源贫困作用机制研究

Abstract:
能源贫困因其与人类健康、环境保护和消除贫困的密切关系而引起了研究人员的广泛关注,但是有关数字经济发展与能源贫困之间关系的研究较少。基于此,本文综合测算了能源贫困指数与数字经济指数,采用多元回归的方法对中国26个省份数字经济发展对能源贫困的影响及作用机制进行实证检验。研究结果发现,数字经济发展能够显著缓解能源贫困程度。且这一作用效应主要通过数字经济促进能源效率提升和增加就业实现的。因此,政府应加大对数字经济发展的支持力度,进而促进能源贫困的缓解。
Energy poverty has attracted widespread attention from researchers due to its close relationship with human health, environmental protection and poverty eradication. However, there are few studies on the relationship between digital economic development and energy poverty. Based on this, this paper comprehensively calculates the energy poverty index and digital economy index, and uses multiple regression methods to conduct an empirical test on the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on energy poverty in 26 provinces in China. The research results found that digital economic development can significantly alleviate energy poverty. And this effect is mainly achieved through the digital economy promoting energy efficiency and increasing em-ployment. Therefore, the government should increase its support for the development of the digital economy to promote the alleviation of energy poverty.
