随着国家乡村振兴战略的提出，我国乡村地区的发展进入了新的阶段。而要在这一阶段顺利地实现乡村振兴，则需要以治理为先，提高党在乡村地区的现代化治理水平。根据当前中国发展的实际状况，走乡村善治的道路，既构建乡村自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系，是实现治理有效，进而推动乡村振兴的最好方式。在这种新时代背景的要求下，乡村基层党组织要更加严格要求自身，建设自身。在新时代乡村发展中继续起到引领示范作用，克服发展道路上的困难，解决实际当中遇到的问题，提高自身的治理能力与治理水平，实现乡村善治，推动乡村振兴。
With the proposal of the national rural revitalization strategy, the development of rural areas in China has entered a new stage. To successfully achieve rural revitalization at this stage, gover-nance needs to be prioritized and the Party’s modern governance level in rural areas needs to be improved. Based on the current situation of China’s development, taking the path of good rural governance and building a rural governance system that combines rural autonomy, rule of law, and moral governance is the best way to achieve effective governance and promote rural revitalization. In the context of this new era, rural grassroots party organizations need to be stricter with them and build themselves. Continue to play a leading and exemplary role in rural development in the new era, overcome difficulties on the development path, solve practical problems, improve one’s own governance ability and level, achieve good rural governance, and promote rural revitalization.
