城市养老社区屋顶康复花园设计策略研究
Research on Design Strategies for Rooftop Rehabilitation Gardens in Urban Retirement Communities

随着老龄化的迅速发展，提高养老社区的建设水平，为老年人提供宜居的生活环境，保障老年群体晚年的生活质量及身心健康是一个具有重要现实意义的研究话题。将养老社区的屋顶建设为康复花园，不仅充分利用了屋顶空间，也为老年人患者提供了与自然接触的机会、沉浸式修身养心的空间。通过对康复景观相关资料的学习，本文首先阐述“康复景观”的概念以及城市养老社区建设屋顶康复花园的价值，在此基础上，对城市养老社区屋顶康复花园的设计策略进行研究，并结合国内外优秀案例，提出利用自然元素的疗愈效果，结合人的感知设计，提高场地互动性，无障碍及安全设计等设计策略，以期为针对老年群体的屋顶康复花园设计提供参考。
With the rapid development of aging, it is a research topic of great practical significance to improve the construction level of senior living communities, provide livable living environments for the elderly, and safeguard the quality of life and physical and mental health of the elderly groups in their later years. The construction of the roof of the senior living community as a rehabilitation garden not only makes full use of the roof space, but also provides the elderly patients with the opportunity to contact with nature and the space for immersive cultivation of the body and mind. Through the study of rehabilitation landscape related information, this paper firstly explains the concept of “rehabilitation landscape” and the value of building rooftop rehabilitation gardens in urban senior living communities, based on which, it researches the design strategy of rooftop rehabilitation gardens in urban senior living communities and combines the domestic and international excellent cases, proposes to make use of the healing effect of the natural elements, combines with the human perception design, improves the site’s healing effect and enhances the quality of the environment. Based on this, the design strategy of rooftop rehabilitation gardens in urban elderly communities is studied. Combined with excellent cases at home and abroad, the design strategy of utilizing natural elements for healing effect, combining with the design of human perception, improving the interactivity of the site, and the design of accessibility and safety is proposed, in order to provide references for the design of rooftop rehabilitation gardens for the elderly.
