Abstract:

新时代中华传统优秀文化融入高校思政教育对加强高校思政教育主阵地建设和实现“立德树人”教育目标具有重要作用。聚焦高校存在的“思政教育以课堂说教为主,渠道单一,实效性差;思政教育内容空洞陈旧,亲和力不强,针对性差;企业、家庭、社会参与思政教育协同度低,主动性差”三个问题,借鉴马丁?塞利格曼积极心理学理论并使之本土化,融入“云南民族文化”“陆军讲武堂”“张桂梅事迹”“聂耳文化”等地方优秀文化,贯通三个课堂,提出“拓宽思政教育渠道,提升思政亲和力,增强学生自信心”等实践研究思路,打造一条地方文化融入思政教育的实践之路,构建思政教育共同体,打造思政教育生态链,形成“融入地方优秀文化,‘校企家社’协同育人”的高校思政教育新模式。
The integration of Chinese traditional excellent culture into the ideological and political education in the new era plays an important role in strengthening the construction of the main position of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and realizing the educational goal of “cultivating people by virtue”. Focusing on the existence of colleges and universities, “ideological and political education is based on classroom preaching, single channel, poor effectiveness; The content of ideological and political education is empty and old, the affinity is not strong, poor pertinence; Enterprise, family and social participation in ideological and political education with low coordination, poor initiative” three problems, draw on and localize Martin Seligman’s theory of positive psychology, integrating into the “Yunnan National culture”, “Army Lecture Hall”, “Zhang Guimei deeds”, “Nie Er culture” and other local excellent culture, through three classes, put forward “broaden the channels of ideological education, improve education affinity, enhance students’ confidence” practice research ideas, build a local culture into the practice of ideological education, build ideological education community, build ideological education chain and form “into the local excellent culture”, school home club “collaborative education” new mode of ideological education in colleges and universities.
