高校研究生心理健康教育的问题分析与应对策略

Abstract:
在当代高等教育背景下，研究生的心理健康状况已成为教育研究的关键议题。结合前沿文献回顾，发现多数高校在研究生心理健康教育环节中存在如教育内容单一、资源配置不均以及心理健康专业队伍建设缺陷等问题。为此，本文从研究生自身及学校等多个层面出发，提出具体的应对措施，旨在增强研究生的自我心理保健意识、心理危机预防能力及健全学校心理健康教育机制。
In the context of contemporary higher education, the mental health status of graduate students has become a key issue in educational research. A review of cutting-edge literature reveals that many universities face problems in the area of mental health education for graduate students, such as monotonous educational content, uneven resource allocation, and deficiencies in the construction of professional psychological health teams. Therefore, this article proposes specific countermeasures from multiple levels, including the graduate students themselves and the school, with the aim of enhancing graduate students’ awareness of self-mental health care, their ability to prevent psychological crises, and improving the institutional mechanism of school mental health education.
