人口老龄化背景下构建养老、孝老、敬老的社会环境研究

随着时代的发展，中国也逐渐步入老龄化社会，面临众多关于养老的社会问题。养老、孝老、敬老是中华民族自古以来的优秀传统，在新时代被赋予新的内涵。在人口老龄化背景下构建养老、孝老、敬老的社会环境有利于加快推动中国式现代化建设和促进中华优秀传统孝文化的继承和发扬。同时构建养老、孝老、敬老的社会环境也面临三大困境，分别是老龄化趋势加剧，社会负担加重；养老保障体系不健全和家庭的观念意识淡薄。其对策可以从四个方面来解决：重视人口老龄化国情教育，树立正确的敬亲养老观；优化我国人口结构，促进经济发展；完善养老保障体系；引导家庭养老逐渐向社会养老过渡。由此形成全社会关心和爱护老年人的社会环境氛围。
With the development of The Times, China has gradually stepped into an aging society, facing many social problems about the elderly. Providing for the elderly, filial piety and respect for the elderly are the excellent traditions of the Chinese nation since ancient times, which have been endowed with new connotations in the new era. Under the background of population aging, the construction of a social environment of old-age care, filial piety and respect for the elderly is conducive to speeding up the Chinese-style modernization and promoting the inheritance and development of the excellent traditional Chinese filial piety culture. At the same time, the construction of the social environment of old-age care, filial piety and respect for the elderly also faces three difficulties, namely, the aging trend is intensifying, and the social burden is increasing; the old-age security system is not perfect and the concept of family consciousness is weak. The countermeasures can be solved from four aspects: pay attention to the national conditions of population aging education, establish a correct view of respecting parents for the aged; optimize China’s population structure and promote economic development; improve the old-age security system; guide the transition from family care to social care. Thus, a social environment in which the whole society cares for and loves the elderly is formed.
