积极老龄化视角下社会工作介入农村互助养老服务的路径探索
Exploring the Path of Social Work Intervention in Rural Mutual-Aid Elderly Care Services from the Perspective of Active Aging

随着人口老龄化的发展以及社会变迁的演进，越来越多的年轻劳动力向城市流动，传统家庭养老功能的发挥逐渐弱化，农村社区互助养老服务体系建设成为了解决农村养老问题的重要方式之一。为此，本文从积极老龄化的视角出发，探索社会工作介入农村社区互助养老服务体系的建设路径，以完善农村社区互助平台建设、培育在地志愿者队伍、开展老年志愿者工作坊以及优化互助制度等方面为切入点，从社区层面、主体层面和制度层面着力提高农村老年人口互助意愿、互助能力以及互助可持续性，以期推动互助养老体系的构建和优化。
With the development of population aging and the evolution of social changes, more and more young labors are flowing to cities, and the traditional family care function is gradually weakening. The construction of mutual-aid elderly care service system in rural communities has become one of the important ways to solve the problem of rural elderly care. Therefore, this paper explores the path of social work intervention in rural mutual-aid care services system for the elderly from the perspective of active aging, to improve the construction of rural community mutual care platform, cultivate local volunteer teams, carry out elderly volunteer workshops and optimize mutual care system. In this way, we can strive to improve the willingness to help each other, mutual care ability and mutual care sustainability of the rural elderly population from the community level, the subject level and the institutional level, in order to promote the construction and optimization of the mutual care system.
