“老龄文明”视域下乡土特色文化养老的可持续建设

新时代全面推进中国式现代化进程中，在深化积极老龄化战略时不仅要构建全方位、多层次、宽领域的物质保障，还需要锁定乡村老年人的文化精神层面，构建具有中国特色的“老龄文明”。我国乡村老龄化所面临的问题与城市不同，在统筹推进乡村振兴战略的同时也蕴藏着发展困境，本文对体系制度、养老服务内容与形式以及意识观念进行分析，并提出了相应的实践路径。乡村特色文化养老不仅体现我国农村养老保障对老年群体的人文关怀，也符合新时代中挖掘优秀传统文化的现实战略。
In the process of comprehensively promoting Chinese-style modernization in the new era, when deepening the active aging strategy, it is not only necessary to build all-round, multi-level and wide- ranging material security, but also to lock in the cultural and spiritual level of rural elderly people and build an “aging civilization” with Chinese characteristics. The problems faced by the aging population in rural China are different from those in urban areas, and there are development difficulties in the overall promotion of the rural revitalization strategy. This paper analyzes the system, the content and form of the elderly service and the concept of consciousness, and puts forward the corresponding practical path. Rural cultural endowment not only reflects the humanistic care for the elderly in rural old-age security, but also conforms to the realistic strategy of mining outstanding traditional culture in the new era.
