老年人多重需求研究对构建养老体系的启示
The Enlightenment of the Multiple Needs of the Elderly on the Construction of Pension System

21世纪以来，随着老年人口增多、人口结构改变，人口老龄化日益加剧，老年人需求逐渐呈现多重化、多样化等特点，老龄问题逐渐从亚群体问题转化为人口整体发展中的重要问题，针对该问题国内外均根据各国国情制定了不同的养老服务体系。为构建符合中国实际、合理满足老年人多重需求、解决老龄相关问题的养老体系，本文主要基于对老年人多重需求的纵向研究分析，运用文献研究分析和和横向类比研究方法，对法国、美国、芬兰等发达国家现有养老体系建构的经验进行总结概括，通过比较这些国家推行养老体系构建的现有实施结果，发现其共同点和不足，最终据此提出加快中国特色社会主义养老体系构建的有效建议，以促进实现由健康老龄化向积极老龄化，继而向成功老龄化的转变。
Since the 21st century, with the increase in the elderly population, population aging, the elderly demand gradually presents multiple, diversification, aging problem gradually becomes from subgroup problem into an important problem in the development of population, according to the problem at home and abroad according to the national conditions formulated the different pension service system. To build in line with China’s actual, reasonable to meet the elderly multiple needs, solve the problem of aging pension system, this paper is mainly based on the longitudinal research analysis of the elderly multiple demand, research and literature analysis and horizontal analogy research method, in France, the United States, Finland and other developed countries existing pension system construction experience summarized, by comparing the implementation of the existing implementation results found the common and deficiencies, finally proposed to accelerate the socialist pension system with Chinese characteristics to build effective suggestions, in order to promote the implementation from healthy aging to positive aging.
