增能视角下农村空巢老人精神赡养困境及解决对策——以黔南州X村为例
Empowerment Perspective on the Dilemma of Spiritual Support for Rural Empty-Nest Elderly and Solutions—A Case Study of X Village in Qiannan Prefecture

随着社会转型的不断加速，乡村人口大规模向城市流动，导致农村留守和空巢现象日益凸显，形成了大量的农村空巢老人群体。通过对贵州省黔南州X村的调研，发现该村的空巢老人处于社会支持的弱势地位，他们长期面临着缺乏生活照料、情感孤独和精神落寞等问题。因此，为了解决农村空巢老人的精神赡养问题，本文采用增能理论视角，提出了从个人、家庭、人际、社区和环境等五个方面来加强社会支持体系的构建。
With the accelerating transformation of society, there has been a significant migration of rural populations to urban areas, leading to the growing prominence of left-behind and empty-nest phenomena in the countryside, resulting in a substantial population of rural empty-nest elderly. Through research in X Village, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, it was found that the empty-nest elderly in this village are in a disadvantaged position regarding social support. They face long-term issues such as a lack of daily care, emotional loneliness, and psychological solitude. Therefore, in order to address the mental support needs of rural empty-nest elderly, this paper, from the perspective of the theory of empowerment, proposes the construction of a social support system from five aspects: individual, family, interpersonal, community, and environmental.
