用户特征请求在总控端软件中的设计研究

Abstract:

特征请求是软件产品的真实用户在开放平台上提出的对现有特征的改进或者对新特征的请求。总控端软件由于自身原因具备复杂性,功能多样性。本文为了解决总控端软件本身的问题,将该理论应用于生活垃圾处理系统总控端软件设计,通过实地走访,问卷调查了解用户主要类型,观察用户在公司内网对终端的评价以获取用户特征请求,根据用户特征请求从监控、设备、量产、系统四大功能模块进行设计研究。
Feature requests are requests made by real users of software products on open platforms for improvements to existing features or for new features. The overall control software has complexity and functional diversity due to its own reasons. In order to solve the problem of the main control software itself, this article applies this theory to the design of the main control software of the household waste treatment system. Through on-site visits and questionnaire surveys, we understand the main types of users, observe the user’s evaluation of the terminal on the company’s intranet to obtain user feature requests, and design and research from the four functional modules of monitoring, equipment, mass production, and system based on user feature requests.
