乡村振兴战略背景下茂名市农村体育公共服务有效供给及发展路径研究
Research on the Effective Supply and Development Path of Rural Sports Public Services in Maoming City under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

本研究主要以茂名市农村体育公共服务有效供给为研究对象，结合茂名市特殊的地理环境、历史文化和乡村振兴战略，深入分析茂名市农村体育公共服务资源现状，进一步优化农村体育公共服务有效供给，解决农村地区体育公共服务存在的问题。当前茂名市农村体育公共服务供给中存在体育场地设施设备不足、体育赛事组织缺乏系统性、体育指导人才不足、体育场地使用率较低、体质监测形式化等问题也不可小觑。结合乡村振兴背景、全民健身国家战略、健康中国战略的时代背景，提出解决茂名市农村体育公共服务有效供给问题措施。主要包括：利用“互联网 + 体育”平台；加强乡村振兴体育人才培养，积极探索产教融合模式，以地方高校培养为主体，培养农村体育振兴的创新创业型体育人才；强化体育院系专业技能认证与培训体系研究提升体育人才质量；体育培育农村体育公共服务多元供给模式；发展体育休闲小镇、田园综合体；推广全民健身活动；加强体质监测；挖掘民族传统体育、非遗项目等丰富农村体育公共服务资源。
This study mainly focuses on the effective supply of rural sports public services in Maoming City. Combining the special geographical environment, historical culture, and rural revitalization strategy of Maoming City, it deeply analyzes the current situation of rural sports public service resources in Maoming City, further optimizes the effective supply of rural sports public services, and solves the problems of sports public services in rural areas. At present, there are problems in the supply of rural sports public services in Maoming City, such as insufficient sports facilities and equipment, lack of systematic organization of sports events, insufficient sports guidance talents, low utilization rate of sports venues, and formalized physical fitness monitoring. Based on the background of rural revitalization, national strategy for national fitness, and healthy China strategy, measures are proposed to address the effective supply of rural sports public services in Maoming City. It mainly includes: using the “Internet plus sports” platform; strengthen the cultivation of sports talents for rural revitalization, actively explore the integration of industry and education, and focus on local universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial sports talents for rural sports revitalization; cultivating a diversified supply model of rural sports public services through sports cultivation; develop sports and leisure towns and rural complexes; promote national fitness activities; strengthen physical fitness monitoring; explore traditional ethnic sports and intangible cultural heritage projects to enrich rural sports public service resources.
