个体化与乡土中国
Individualization and Earthbound China

乡土社会的人们安土重迁、满足欲望与解决温饱，熟人社会特征明显；现代社会的人们离土又离乡、创造财富满足需要，生活场域陌生化。城镇化和工业化带来大量的个体流动和职业竞争，由此产生的市场伦理被带回乡村，乡土的熟人特征被弱化、乡土性被消解，稳定的乡土秩序受到威胁。本文认为那些走出乡土的人最后可能依旧需要回到乡土，乡土为人们提供保障的同时存在着潜在的约束力量，使乡土得以在突发事件中保持稳定。因此我们需要恢复断裂的乡土文化，加强村落中的道德伦理共同体，从而实现乡土重建。
People in the rural society are content to settle down, satisfy the desire and solve the problem of food and clothing, and the characteristics of the acquaintance society are obvious; while people in the modern society leave their land and hometown to create wealth to meet their needs, and the field of life is unfamiliarized. Urbanization and industrialization have brought about a great deal of individual mobility and professional competition, and the resulting market ethics have been brought back to the countryside, weakening the characteristics of local acquaintances, dissolving the nature of the countryside, and threatening the stable order of the rural society. This paper argues that those who go out of the countryside may still need to go back to the countryside in the end, and that the countryside provides security for the people and at the same time exists a potential restraining force, so that the countryside can maintain stability in the event of emergencies. Therefore, we need to rebuild the broken native culture and strengthen the moral and ethical community in the village, so as to realize the rural reconstruction.
