《涂装工艺学》课程教学改革探究

Abstract:
《涂装工艺学》是金属专业学生的主要专业课之一,涂装工艺学是研究涂装材料、涂装工艺、涂装设备及涂装质量控制等诸方面的科学技术,涉及了广泛的科学知识和实践经验。本课程将通过理论和实践教学,使学生掌握涂装工艺的基本原理和实践技能,了解涂装材料的选择、配方设计、制造及使用方法,掌握涂装工艺过程及设备的使用和维护方法,了解涂装质量控制的方法和手段。课程内容琐碎,实践性强,存在着一定的教学难度。通过此次改革,我校的材料制备工艺学课程的教学效果满足了人才培养要求,研究结论对其它课程改革也有一定的借鉴意义。
Coating Technology is one of the main professional courses for metal major students. Coating technology is the science and technology that studies various aspects of coating materials, coating processes, coating equipment and coating quality control, and involves a wide range of scientific knowledge and practical experience. This course will enable students to master the basic principles and practical skills of the coating process through theoretical and practical teaching, understand the selection, formula design, manufacturing and usage of coating materials, and master the use and maintenance methods of the coating process and equipment. Students learn about painting quality control methods. The course content is trivial and practical, and there is a certain degree of teaching difficulty. Through this reform, the teaching effect of our school’s materials preparation technology course meets the requirements for talent training, and the research conclusions also have certain reference significance for other course reforms.
