旧工业区转型体育服务综合体的对策研究——基于SWOT分析法

Abstract:
城市存量空间中旧工业区转型体育服务综合体对于优化城市空间资源和扩增人均体育用地面积具有重要意义。本文运用文献资料法、根据SWOT分析法的基本原理，从机遇、挑战、优势和劣势4个方面对旧工业区转型体育服务综合体进行深入分析，梳理旧工业区在转型体育服务综合体过程中面临的主要现实困境：规划设计阶段不全面、政策方面存在缺失、缺少科学的改造建设指南等。结合目前已有的成功案例，在空间设计、政策法规以及业态布局方面提出建议，以期促进旧工业区向体育服务综合体的顺利转型。
The transformation of old industrial areas into sports service complexes in urban stock space is of great significance for optimizing urban spatial resources and expanding per capita sports land area. This paper uses the literature method and the basic principles of SWOT analysis method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the transformation of the sports service complex of the old industrial area from four aspects: opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages, and sorts out the main practical dilemmas faced by the old industrial area in the process of transforming the sports service complex: incomplete planning and design stage, lack of policy aspects, lack of scientific transformation and construction guidelines, etc. Based on the existing successful cases, suggestions are made in terms of space design, policies and regulations, and business layout, with a view to promoting the smooth transformation of the old industrial area into a sports service complex.
