基于“5W”模式浅析微信视频号中老年健康传播
Research on the Health Communication of Middle-Aged and Elderly People in WeChat Channel Based on the “5W” Model

《中共中央国务院关于加强新时代老龄工作的意见》强调“积极老龄观、健康老龄化”本研究积极响应国家应对人口老龄化战略，健全中国式现代化语境下的健康传播，坚持积极老龄观。基于拉斯韦尔“5W”模式总结了当下微信视频号平台中，中老年群体进行健康传播时的现状和特点，通过探讨中老年群体在短视频时代健康传播的现状和特点，多途径全方位的促进健康老龄化，努力建设一条中国特色应对人口老龄化的道路。文章选择微信视频号平台作为研究载体，以平台中的健康信息类内容创作主体和中老年用户群体为研究对象，依照数据提出建议，使得健康信息能够更加有效地面向中老年群体传播。
The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on Strengthening the Work of Aging in the New Era emphasize “positive aging concept and healthy aging”. This study actively responds to the national strategy to cope with population aging, improves health communication in the context of Chinese modernization, and adheres to the positive aging concept. Based on Lasswell’s “5W” model, this paper summarizes the current status and characteristics of health communication among middle-aged and elderly groups in the WeChat video number platform. Exploring the status and characteristics of health communication among middle-aged and elderly groups in the short video era, it promotes healthy aging in multiple ways and strives to build a road to deal with population aging with Chinese characteristics. This paper chooses the WeChat video number platform as the research carrier, takes the health information content creators and middle-aged and elderly users in the platform as the research objects, and puts forward suggestions according to the data, so as to make health information more effectively spread to middle-aged and elderly groups.
