积极老龄化视域下的乡镇老年人灵活就业问题研究——以连云港市Y区为例
Research on Flexible Employment of the Elderly in Towns under the Perspective of Active Aging—Taking Y District of Lianyungang City as an Example

社会迈进老龄化俨然成为了全世界老龄化趋势的普遍现象，随着经济的不断发展，相应的市场供需以及劳动力的大幅度调动，乡镇老年人面对着逐渐老龄化的社会发展和劳动市场变得愈加力不从心与无能为力，当前，世界卫生组织提出了要以积极的态度去应对全球老龄化的现状，即呼吁全社会要正确运用积极老龄化理论去处理此类事件。积极老龄化理论作为一种全新的老龄观，旨在强调要以长远的目光来审视老龄化现象，不仅要持续关注老年人群体的健康保障权利，也要确保老年人社会参与权利的有效性，老年人并不是时代遗弃者，而是应当作为社会劳动就业群体的切实参与者，这也预示着要从过去看待年轻社会的眼光转变为适应老龄化社会的普遍视角。因此，本研究以积极老龄化为研究视角，借助积极老龄化理论探究连云港市Y区老龄化群体当前面临的就业难题与挑战，旨在为保障老年人灵活就业问题上予以一定的参考和借鉴。
Social aging has become a common phenomenon of aging trend around the world, with the continuous development of economy, the corresponding market supply and demand and labor, the elderly in the face of aging social development and the labor market become increasingly powerless, at present, the world health organization put forward a positive attitude to deal with the present situation of global aging, which called for the whole society to correctly use positive aging theory to deal with such events. Active aging theory as a new concept of aging, aims to emphasize with long-term vision to examine the aging phenomenon, not only to continue to pay attention to the health of the elderly group, also to ensure the effectiveness of the elderly social participation rights, the elderly are not abandoned, but should be as social labor employment group participants, it also indicates from the past to the young society to adapt to the universal perspective of the aging society. Therefore, this study takes the perspective of active aging and explores the current employment problems and challenges of the aging group in Lianyungang Y District with the help of the active aging theory, aiming to provide some reference for ensuring the flexible employment of the elderly.
