基于老龄化背景下老年教育发展探究——以江苏省为例
Research on the Development of Education for the Elderly under the Background of Aging—Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

发展老年教育是构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的重要任务，也是在老龄化背景下提升全民素质，带动社会经济发展的重要举措。江苏省是全国较早进入老龄化的省份之一，为了应对人口老龄化带来的精神文化需求激增的问题，江苏省从项目、课程、平台等多方面入手，加强老年教育支持服务，并形成了一定经验。文章以江苏省为例，梳理老龄化背景下发展老年教育的意义、经验和存在的困境，并提出进一步发挥开放大学在全省老年教育领域的优势、以多种方式均衡区域发展、加强老年教育师资队伍建设等策略，为后续推动老年教育高质量发展，服务老龄化社会建设提供更多思路。
Developing education for the elderly is an important task to build a lifelong education system and a learning society, and it is also an important measure to improve the quality of the whole people and drive social and economic development under the background of aging. Jiangsu Province is one of the earliest provinces in the country to enter the aging. In order to cope with the problem of surging spiritual and cultural needs brought about by the aging population, Jiangsu Province has strengthened the support services of education for the elderly from various aspects such as projects, courses and platforms, and has formed certain experience. This paper takes Jiangsu Province as an example to sort out the significance, experience and existing difficulties of developing education for the elderly under the background of aging, and puts forward strategies such as further giving play to the advantages of Open University in the field of education for the elderly in the province, balancing regional development in various ways, and strengthening the construction of teachers of education for the elderly, so as to provide more ideas for promoting the high-quality development of education for the elderly and serving the construction of an aging society.
