新时代下高校体育教师能力发展的路径研究

Abstract:
新时代中国背景下,要求高校体育教师的能力越来越高。挖掘高校体育教师与学生之间潜在微妙的关系其提炼出高校体育教师能力发展的路径;研究方法:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法。研究结论:从新时代高校学生群体特殊性反馈探索高校体育教师能力的路径;研究结果:发展高校体育教师的教学理念、发展高校体育教师的思政理念、发展高校体育教师的网络学习能力、发展高校体育教师的科研态度能力、发展高校体育教师学科交叉合作能力、发展高校体育教师的“BOPPPS”能力、发展高校体育教师的“TPACK”能力、发展体育教师核心素养能力。八个体育教师所需要提升的能力。
In the context of China in the new era, higher and higher abilities are required of physical education teachers in colleges and universities. Excavate the potential subtle relationship between college physical education teachers and students to extract the path for the development of college physical education teachers’ abilities; research methods: use literature data method and logical analysis method. Research conclusion: Explore the path to the ability of college physical education teachers from the feedback from the particularity of college student groups in the new era; Research results: Develop the teaching concepts of college physical education teachers, develop the ideological and political concepts of college physical education teachers, develop the online learning capabilities of college physical education teachers, and develop colleges and universities. The scientific research attitude ability of physical education teachers, the development of cross-disciplinary cooperation ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, the “BOPPPS” ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, the “TPACK” ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, and the core competencies of physical education teachers in colleges and universities. Eight abilities that physical education teachers need to improve.
