四川农村基本养老服务需求识别与精准供给研究
Research on the Identification of Demand and Accurate Supply of Basic Elderly Care Services in Rural Areas of Sichuan Province

随着我国老龄化程度的加剧和农村社会经济发展的不断提高，农村基本养老服务的建设和完善已经成为保障农村老年人生活质量和民生改善的重要举措。本文从农村基本养老服务的角度出发，以四川省为例，探讨农村基本养老服务的需求和供给现状，并提出如下政策建议：1) 制定差异化的养老服务政策；2) 完善基本养老服务设施布局；3) 创新农村养老服务的“三新模式”。旨在为农村老年人提供更加优质、高效的养老服务，为四川农村基本养老服务发展提供一定的参考和指导。
With the intensification of aging in China and the continuous improvement of rural socio-economic development, the construction and improvement of basic elderly care services in rural areas have become an important measure to ensure the quality of life and improve the livelihood of rural elderly people. From the perspective of rural basic elderly care services, this article takes Sichuan Province as an example to explore the demand and supply status of rural basic elderly care services, and proposes the following policy recommendations: 1) Developing differentiated elderly care service policies; 2) Improving the layout of basic elderly care service facilities; 3) Innovating the “three new models” of rural elderly care services. The aim is to provide more high-quality and efficient elderly care services for rural elderly people, and to provide certain reference and guidance for the development of basic elderly care services in rural areas of Sichuan.
