心理疏导在高校思想政治教育中的应用

近年来，心理疏导作为在新时期高校思想政治教育工作开展过程中调节大学生心理健康和促进构建和谐校园的重要方式，愈来愈受到重视。因而，高校应该充分利用思政教育发挥心理疏导的作用，将其合理有效地应用于高校思政工作。然而，心理疏导在实际应用过程中仍存在高校思政工作不够重视心理疏导、心理疏导师资队伍建设有待进一步完善、心理疏导方式滞后且单一等问题。对此，高校要从树立以人为本的教育理念、提升师资队伍的专业水平和心理疏导能力、采取灵活多样的心理疏导方式等方面入手,以此来提高高校心理疏导工作的成效。
In recent years, psychological counseling, as an important way to regulate college students’ mental health and promote the construction of harmonious campus in the process of ideological and political education in the new era, has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, colleges and universities should make full use of ideological and political education to play the role of psychological guidance, and apply it to the ideological and political work in colleges and universities reasonably and effectively. However, in the practical application of psychological counseling, there are still some problems such as insufficient attention to psychological counseling in ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the construction of psychological counseling teachers needs to be further improved, and the mode of psychological counseling is lagging and single. In this regard, colleges and universities should set up the people-oriented education concept, improve the relevant professional level of teachers and psychological counseling ability, and adopt flexible psychological counseling methods, so as to improve the effectiveness of psychological counseling work.
