Abstract:

抑郁和焦虑是大学生较为常见的心理问题,在大学生群体中的检出率逐年升高,严重影响了大学生的学习生活,甚至重度的抑郁和焦虑会危及生命安全,给个人、家庭和社会带来严重危害。本文从社工的角度出发试图缓解案主焦虑抑郁情绪焦虑情绪,解除心理烦恼,并从积极心理学的角度帮助案主加强自我调节减轻心理压力,从而克服焦虑情绪。积极心理干预以强化求助者“积极资源”为目标,以挖掘求助者积极变量为手段。通过“积极资源”,来消解消极情绪的滞存影响。通过积极心理干预,调动求助者的积极情绪、思维、关系,从而消除焦虑、抑郁情绪,为大学生心理健康发展提供指导。
Depression and anxiety are more common psychological problems in college students, and the de-tection rate in college students is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the study and life of college students, and even severe depression and anxiety will endanger life safety and bring se-rious harm to individuals, families and society. From the perspective of social workers, this paper tries to relieve the clients’ anxiety, depression and psychological troubles, and help the clients strengthen self-regulation and reduce psychological pressure from the perspective of positive psy-chology, so as to overcome anxiety. The goal of positive psychological intervention is to strengthen the “positive resources” of the help-seekers, and to explore the positive variables of the help-seekers as a means. “Through positive resources”, the lingering effects of negative emotions is counteracted. Through the positive psychological intervention, the positive emotions, thinking and relationship of the help seekers can be mobilized, so as to eliminate anxiety and depression, and provide guidance for the mental health development of college students.
