农村人口老龄化问题探析：以贵州省D村为例
Analysis on the Aging of Rural Population: Taking D Village in Guizhou Province as an Example

我国已经进入人口老龄化阶段，而农村老龄化问题是中国老龄化问题的重中之重。D村位于我国贵州省，其具有鲜明的区域文化特征与特色山地经济，作为一个山村，其面临的老龄化问题较为严重，长期的人口外流导致本村人口结构较为失衡。但随着近年来国家政策的扶持与本村村民的努力，该村经济逐渐发展，在外的年轻人也开始回流，本村的老龄化问题得到一定程度的缓解，D村的发展模式为周边村寨乃至西南地区农村人口老龄化问题提供了一个解决思路。
China has entered the stage of population aging, and the rural aging problem is the most important part of China’s aging problem. D Village is located in Guizhou Province, which has distinct regional cultural characteristics and mountain economy. As a mountain village, its aging problem is more serious, long-term population outflow led to the more unbalanced village population structure. But in recent years, with the support of the national policy and the efforts of the villagers, the village economy gradually developed, the young people outside also began to return. The aging of the village has been alleviated to some extent. The development model of D Village provides a solution to the problem of rural population aging in the surrounding villages and even in Southwest China.
