基于使用后评价的公园绿地更新设计研究——以昆明市三台山公园为例
Research on the Renewal Design of Park Space Based on Post-Occupancy Evaluation—Taking Santaishan Park in Kunming as an Example

建成环境使用后评价(POE)是从使用者的角度出发，通过多维度的系统方法，对建成并经过一定时间使用的建筑或户外空间进行评价的过程。本次评价以昆明市呈贡区的三台山公园为对象，通过工作日和节假日的人群活动情况实地观察记录和公园游客数量网络数据，将公园的设计与使用情况进行比较，从而完成评价。结果显示，三台山公园以健康和党团活动为主题的设计意图得到了使用者的响应。但原设计在儿童友好和夜间活动方面给予的关照不足。根据评价结果，针对上述不足之处提出了完善意见。
Post-occupancy evaluation (POE) is the process of evaluating a building or outdoor space that has been built and used for a certain period of time from the user’s perspective through a multi-dimensional systematic approach. This evaluation focuses on the Santaishan Park in Chenggong District, Kunming City. Through on-site observation and recording of crowd activities on weekdays and holidays, as well as network data on the number of park visitors, the design and use of the park were compared to complete the evaluation. The results showed that the intention of the design of Santaishan Park with health and party activities as its theme has received a response from users. However, the original design did not provide sufficient attention in terms of child friendliness and nighttime activities. Based on the evaluation results, improvement suggestions have been proposed to address the aforementioned shortcomings.
