基于产教研融合探索拔尖创新人才培养

Abstract:
在产教研融合的大背景下,依托武汉科技大学金属材料工程专业的建设任务,以拔尖创新人才培养为目标,从构建多层次教学团队优化课程体系、深化科教融合突出学科特色、加强产教融合促进校企合作等方面进行了探索。实践表明,基于产教研融合的探索研究,有利于发挥学生的主观能动性和提高学生的科学素养与实践能力,有利于培养出拔尖创新人才。
Under the background of the integration of production-teaching and research, relying on the construction task of metal material engineering major in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, targeting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. The exploration is carried out from the aspects of building a multi-level teaching team to optimize the curriculum system, deepening the integration of science and education, highlighting disciplinary characteristics, strengthening the integration of industry and education, and promoting school enterprise cooperation. Practice shows that the exploration and research based on the integration of production, teaching and research is conducive to exerting students’ subjective initiative and improving their scientific literacy and practical ability, and is conducive to cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
