1例妊娠合并疱疹样脓疱病的护理体会
Nursing Experience of a Pregnancy with Herpes-Like Impetigo

疱疹性脓疱病是一种好发于孕妇的严重皮肤病，分娩后逐渐缓解，再孕可复发。皮疹常先后发于腹股沟、腋窝、乳房下脐部等处，以后泛发全身。通常急性发热，群集性脓疱发生于红斑性基础上。白细胞升高，血钙降低。脓疱向周围扩展，排列成环形，口腔黏膜亦可累及，皮损轻度瘙痒、灼热，有痛感，孕妇常可发生流产，死胎或婴儿出生后数天死亡。产后病愈，下次怀孕又可复发，本文报道一例疱疹样脓疱病患者，住院期间采用多学科联合会诊治疗模式(MDT)，经过治疗及精心护理，皮疹较前明显好转，妊娠结局满意，未发生并发症，予出院休养。

In this report, a patient with the next pregnancy of herpes-like impetigo, multidisciplinary combined consultation (MDT) was adopted during hospitalization. After treatment and careful care, the rash was significantly im-proved, and the pregnancy outcome was satisfactory and no complications occurred, and he was discharged to recuperate.
