民族地区人口老龄化对经济发展的影响研究——以贞丰县长田镇为例
Study on the Influence of Population Aging on Economic Development in Ethnic Areas—Taking Changtian Town of Zhenfeng County as an Example

人口老龄化已经成为民族地区经济社会发展不可回避的问题，分析贵州省贞丰县长田镇人口老龄化如何作用于当地经济，并为其提供可行性发展建议十分必要和迫切。长田镇老龄化程度正逐渐加深，势必会导致劳动力供给不足；地区产业结构固化，对老年产业关注度不够；老年人口数字素养不高，阻碍了数字经济发展。长田镇可通过完善基础配套设施，激发老年人口创造力，开发低龄老年人力资源以优化地区产业结构，帮助老年人跨越数字鸿沟，共建数字经济社会等系列措施解决民族乡镇发展问题。
Population aging has become an unavoidable problem in the economic and social development of ethnic areas. It is necessary and urgent to analyze how population aging affects the local economy in Changtian Town, Zhenfeng County, Guizhou Province, and to provide feasible development suggestions for it. The aging degree of Changtian town is gradually deepening, which will inevitably lead to the shortage of labor supply; the regional industrial structure is solidified, and attention to the elderly industry is not enough; the low digital literacy of the elderly population hinders the development of the digital economy. Changtian Town can solve the development problems of ethnic townships by improving the basic supporting facilities, stimulating the creativity of the elderly population, developing the human resources of the young elderly to optimize the regional industrial structure, helping the elderly to cross the digital divide, and building a digital economy and society.
