新时代高校大学生心理健康状况及影响因素分析——以山东某高校为例
Analysis of the Psychological Health Status and Influencing Factors of College Students in the New Era

探究新时代高校大学生心理健康状况及影响因素，为开展高校心理健康教育提供科学依据。本研究采用随机抽样的方法，通过心理危机干预量表对26,921名山东省高校学生进行问卷调查。不同性别、学历层次和年级的学生在抑郁和“空心病”方面均存在显著差异，父母的婚姻状况、是否有留守经历和社会支持系统与大学生的抑郁和“空心病”之间均有显著正相关。新时代高校大学生的总体心理健康状况较好，但仍有近两成的学生存在一定程度的心理困扰，高校教育工作者应高度重视学生的心理健康状况，针对学生的抑郁、“空心病”等方面进行有针对性的帮扶和干预。
To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of college students in the new era, and provide scientific basis for carrying out mental health education in universities, this study used a random sampling method and conducted a questionnaire survey on 26,921 college students in Shandong Province using the Psychological Crisis Intervention Scale. There are significant differ-ences in depression and “hollow heart disease” among students of different genders, educational levels, and grades. There is a significant positive correlation between parents’ marital status, whether they have left behind experiences, and social support systems and depression and “hollow heart disease” among college students. The overall mental health status of college students in the new era is good, but nearly 20% of them still have a certain degree of psychological distress. College educators should attach great importance to the mental health status of students, and provide tar-geted assistance and intervention for students’ depression, “hollow heart disease” and other as-pects.
