A Review of the Relationship between Depression and Rumination

Abstract:

在当代患有精神疾病的人中,抑郁症高居首位,而现在的大学生在日常生活中很容易产生抑郁等不良情绪,而反刍思维是影响抑郁等情绪障碍的重要因素。因此本文对抑郁以及反刍思维的概念、理论基础、以及如何测量进行了梳理,并且探讨了抑郁和反刍思维之间的关系。
In contemporary people suffering from mental illness, depression ranks first, and now college stu-dents are easy to produce depression and other bad emotions in their daily life, and ruminative thinking is an important factor affecting depression and other emotional disorders. Therefore, this paper reviews the concept, theoretical basis and measurement of depression and rumination, and discusses the relationship between depression and rumination.
