大学生物质主义价值观与职业生涯规划的关系：成就动机的中介作用

Abstract:
为探究大学生物质主义价值观与职业生涯规划的关系，以及成就动机在两者之间的中介作用，以370名在校大学生为研究对象，完成物质主义价值观量表、成就动机量表和大学生生涯规划调查问卷。结果显示：1) 物质主义水平负向预测大学生职业生涯规划；2) 成就动机在物质主义与大学生职业生涯规划关系中起部分中介作用。
In order to explore the relationship between college students’ materialistic values and career plan-ning, and the mediating role of achievement motivation between the two, with 370 college students as the research subjects, the materialistic value scale, achievement motivation scale and college students’ life planning questionnaire were completed. The results showed that: 1) The level of ma-terialism negatively predicted the career planning of college students; 2) Achievement motivation plays a part-mediating role in the relationship between materialism and college students’ career planning.
