|
Abstract:
In 1982, some professors at Carnegie Mellon University had a discussion around “the most in-teresting character”, and finally used the two combined symbols “:-)” and “:-(” to distinguish whether the speech was an interesting joke or a serious discussion. This is the origin of the “popular symbols on the Internet” that we commonly use on the Internet. With the advent of the Internet age, emoticons once became one of the most popular emoticons in the world. The net-work expression language symbol once became the most suitable nonverbal information for online communication and cultural communication. Its own advantages and characteristics make it have a natural advantage in exploring how to build a local cultural brand in the new media era through value integration and design innovation in the context of the Internet era.
