助力乡村振兴：积极老龄化视域下的老年人再就业
Helping Rural Revitalization: Re-Employment of the Elderly from the Perspective of Active Aging

在人口老龄化不断加重的大浪潮之下，如何寻求更有效的方式宣传、帮助老年人再就业是解决劳动力匮乏、助力乡村振兴的关键。我国实施积极老龄化战略以推动老年人更好就业。在积极老龄化视域下，剖析出目前老年人再就业存在政策和法律法规不够全面，社会氛围不够强烈，渠道不够广泛三大困境。为此，通过不断健全法律法规，并加强积极老龄化宣传，最后建立老年人再就业的多方位平台及渠道，以期打破困局，推动老年人再就业，还可以帮助老年人在“乡村”再就业，助力乡村振兴的发展，进而更好的解决当前严重的老龄化困境。
Under the great wave of population aging, how to find more effective ways to publicize and help the elderly re-employment is the key to solve the shortage of labor force and boost rural revitalization. Our country carries out active aging strategy to push the old people to get better employment. From the perspective of active aging, the paper analyzes the three major dilemmas that the policies, laws and regulations for the re-employment of the elderly are not comprehensive, the social atmosphere is not strong enough, and channels are not extensive enough. To this end, through the continuous improvement of laws and regulations, and strengthen the active aging publicity, and finally establish a multi-dimensional platform and channel for the re-employment of the elderly, in order to break the dilemma, promote the re-employment of the elderly. It can also help the elderly to find new jobs in the “countryside” and help the development of rural revitalization, and then better solve the current serious aging dilemma.
