Abstract:

老龄化是全球面临的重要社会现象,使得养老机构的角色日益凸显。在跨文化背景下,养老机构中的跨文化教育成为关注的焦点。本文旨在探讨老龄化背景下养老机构中跨文化教育的推进与实践。首先,回顾老龄化和跨文化教育的概念及其重要性。其次,分析养老机构中跨文化教育的现状和面临的挑战。然后,提出推进跨文化教育的策略和方法,包括培训与教育、跨部门合作等。最后,通过案例研究,展示成功的跨文化教育实践,并总结经验和启示。本文旨在为养老机构中跨文化教育的进一步推进提供参考和借鉴。
Aging is an important social phenomenon faced globally, which has brought increased attention to the role of elderly care institutions. In the context of cross-cultural interactions, cross-cultural education within elderly care institutions has become a focal point of interest. This paper aims to explore the promotion and practice of cross-cultural education in elderly care institutions under the aging population context. Firstly, it reviews the concepts of aging and cross-cultural education and their significance. Secondly, it analyzes the current status and challenges of cross-cultural education in elderly care institutions. Next, it proposes strategies and methods for advancing cross- cultural education, including training and education, as well as interdepartmental collaboration. Lastly, through case studies, successful cross-cultural education practices are showcased, and experiences and insights are summarized. This paper aims to provide references and insights for further promoting cross-cultural education within elderly care institutions.
