积极老龄化背景下“互联网”嵌入养老服务产业的困境及路径探析
The Dilemma and Path Exploration of the “Internet” into the Elderly Service Industry in the Context of Active Aging

“互联网”融入养老服务产业作为新兴养老服务模式，其依托网络、移动终端、物联网及智能信息技术，以养老主体及其需求为导向，建立开放式网络平台和多功能的养老基础设施，实现养老服务虚实结合、多样化资源互通。在此基础上，政府应加强顶层设计，以政府职责为抓手，以制度为载体规范多元供给主体行为，针对产业规范问题进行严格监管，并在互联网安全方面下足功夫，以解决“互联网”与养老服务产业规范化和融合度问题，为促进“互联网”嵌入养老服务产业主体合作、行业健康发展提供方案支持。
“Internet” integrates the pension service industry as an emerging pension service model. It relies on the network, mobile terminal, the Internet of Things, and intelligent information technology, and takes the elderly care subjects and their needs as the guidance, establishes an open network platform and multi-functional elderly care infrastructure, and realizes the combination of virtual and practical pension service and the exchange of diverse resources. On this basis, the government should strengthen the top-level design, take government responsibilities as the starting point, use the system as the carrier to regulate the diversified supply subject, and strictly supervise the problems of industrial specifications, and work hard in Internet security to solve the standardization and integration of “Internet” and pension service industry, to provide support for promoting the cooperation of the “Internet” embedded in the main body of the pension service industry and the healthy development of the industry.
