简论游戏账号的权属认定
A Brief Discussion on the Determination of Ownership of Game Accounts

随着互联网的普及，电子游戏的游戏用户数量激增，涉及游戏账号等虚拟财产的纠纷随之增加，对游戏账号的权属认定也愈发受到关注。通过游戏账号分类及特点、游戏账号的法律性质和游戏账号的权利归属等方面的论述。本文认为，单机游戏账号与网络游戏账号都应当归属于游戏用户，才更有利于游戏用户与游戏运营商之间的利益平衡，而游戏发行平台或游戏运营商则具有对游戏账号的必要管理权利。
With the popularization of the Internet, the number of game users of video games has surged, and disputes involving virtual property such as game accounts have increased, and the determination of the ownership of online game accounts has also received more and more attention. Through the game account classification and characteristics, the legal nature of the game account and the attribution of the rights of the game account and other aspects of the discussion. This paper argues that both single-player game accounts and online game accounts should be attributed to the game users, which is more conducive to the balance of interests between the game users and the game operators, while the game distribution platforms or the game operators have the necessary management rights over the game accounts.
